Candy that Doesn’t Frighten
Halloween is just around the corner and it’s definitely one of the scarier holidays for some people.
Not so much because of the pint-sized ghosts and goblins, but more because of the candy spilling off of every shelf that we know is filled with high-fructose corn syrup, artificial food coloring and a host of other terrifying ingredients.
If you don’t feel like handing out apples or toothbrushes (and run the risk of getting your house egged this year), check out this list of non-scary candy compiled by Leah Zerbe for Rodale.com.
