Steve Ritz is the Green Bronx Machine. His speech at the TED Talks series, Changing the Way We Eat, makes us want to stand up and cheer. His students are so fortunate to have such an inspired teacher.
This is one of the best educator’s success stories we’ve seen. Urban farming is the method, and the students obviously grow in many ways. It is one of those presentations that stays with you long after the story is over.
